Sisters in the Son presents: Faith & Flow featuring Dance with Sanyu 🤍
Join us for Faith & Flow — a fun, uplifting in-person dance class designed to help you step out of your comfort zone, move your body, and worship Jesus through dance!
Whether you come with a friend or on your own, this is a beautiful opportunity to connect with other women of faith, build community, prioritize wellness, and refresh your spirit.
This special class will be led by Sanyu from Dance With Sanyu — a dancer and choreographer based in Ottawa with over 10 years of experience. Her work is deeply rooted in exploring culture and history through movement, drawing inspiration from her African and Caribbean background. At the heart of everything she does is the connection between faith and movement— for Sanyu, dance is more than expression, it’s worship!
Join us on May 23 for an afternoon of movement, faith, and fellowship. All levels welcome — no dance experience needed. ✨
