About this Event
Faith + Flow Community Night is a devotional deep stretch experience designed to help you release the month and renew your mind and spirit.
This is not a yoga class. It is a gentle blend of deep stretching, breathwork, scripture, prayer, and stillness. Each month includes a Christ-centered devotional theme, guided prayer, and space for personal reflection as you prepare your heart for the month ahead.
You will move slowly.
You will breathe deeply.
You will be given space to let go.
Come as you are — whether you need physical release, emotional renewal, or spiritual reconnection.
What to Expect:
