Join us for a special event at Cardiff Met.
As a proud Fairtrade University, Fairtrade means a great deal to us, it represents a chance to creating a more just and equitable world.
We would love to invite you to a relaxed and welcoming Fairtrade Afternoon Tea, where you’ll discover the power behind each ingredient and the stories that connect us to the people who grow them. From tea and chocolate to sugar and coffee, each element has a story worth sharing.
This inspiring session will feature beautiful story narrations alongside words from the Sustainability Team at Cardiff Met and Fairtrade Wales, highlighting how Fairtrade supports people, communities, and the planet.
The afternoon tea will be fully plant-based and 100% delicious. Please let us know in advance if you have any allergies or dietary requirements.
After the session, there will be time to chat and network while exploring our Fairtrade stalls, including Fairtrade Pontypridd, student volunteers, the Print Studio, and a showcase of the Fairtrade products they use.
Do you need to know anything about Fairtrade?
Not at all. This event is open to everyone willing to satisfy their curiosity, enjoy good food, and come together in a relaxed and welcoming space.
