About this Event
Garddio is a LGBTQIA+ community and nature wellbeing programme!
In Explore the Elements session we will explore the five elements - earth, water, fire, air and space - through movement, mindfulness exercises, discussions, and play.
This session is a part of a weekly program running from April-June. We suggest attending as many sessions as you can to experience the full benefit of this practice and community building! Here are the dates for the workshops for Spring 2026:
Earth: 23rd April
Water: 30th April
Fire: 7th May
Air: 21st May
Space: 28th May
Elemental Orchestra: 4th June
The workshops are based in the Peilot Space, Chapter Arts Centre. Chapter is a fully accessible venue. The workshops are a sober space, but please feel free to bring food and drink.

We have a deposit fee of £1 per session which is fully refundable.
