▆ About the Expeditions
The Expeditions series was founded in spring 2018 with a clear vision of breaking out of the monotony that defines most pure Techno nights in Berlin. The concept is to create a clear musical distinction between the different parts of the night. We strive to create a clear beginning and a decisive end.
The Expeditions' main focus lies on the classical and traditional aspects of Techno: from Detroit groove to hypnotic and atmospheric storytelling. It is being complemented by the more contemporary interpretations of the genre.
We believe in Techno as a journey, designed for the dance floor, rather than for podcasts. "When you Stop Moving, you Start Dying", and therefore, the common denominator to all Expeditions events and curation is energy and movement.

⦿ Power Deck: Well curated interpretations of classic Techno music: from Detroit groove, to hypnotics and atmospheric beats.
No minimalism, no sophisticated preaching.
⦿ Speed Deck: Young, fresh, cheeky and trancy contemporary interpretations of Techno.

⦿ Is there a dress-code? - No, the Expeditions doesn't have a dress code, but we do encourage you to be creative when choosing an outfit for the party., and to leave your everyday behind.
⦿ Is taking photos inside the club allowed?
- No. The Expeditions, and :// about blank have a strict no-photo policy. We also strongly encourage you to check in your phone at the cloakroom and lose the feeling of time. This is, however, not mandatory.
⦿ Is the Expeditions a safe space for minority groups?
- The Expeditions, and :// about blank in general, are a safe space for any ethnicity, gender or sexual orientation. Any sign of racism, sexism, antisemitism, or homophobia will not be tolerated. In addition, you are requested to familiarize yourself with the principles of consent, and to respect the personal space of any fellow guest. In case you feel that you have been treated wrongly, or that your space has been violated, please notify our staff at the entrance immediately.
⦿ What happens if I'm being denies entry?
- Firstly, never take it personally. The admission staff only has but a few seconds to make a decision, and it is often more based on the situation inside the club than on you. In case you already bought a ticket on pre-sale, make sure that the bouncer uses the rejection feature in the RA Ticket Scanner App, and you will receive a reimbursement directly from RA.
⦿ Do I have to buy a ticket in advance?
- No, you don't. The pre-sale is always limited and there are enough tickets available at the door.

▆ Über Expeditions
Die Expeditions-Reihe wurde im Frühjahr 2018 mit der klaren Vision gegründet, aus der Monotonie auszubrechen, die die meisten reinen Techno-Nächte in Berlin bestimmt. Das Konzept besteht darin, eine klare musikalische Unterscheidung zwischen den verschiedenen Teilen der Nacht zu schaffen. Wir streben danach, einen klaren Anfang und ein entscheidendes Ende zu schaffen.
Der Hauptfokus der Expeditions liegt auf den klassischen und traditionellen Aspekten von Techno: vom Detroit-Groove bis zum hypnotischen und atmosphärischen Storytelling. Ergänzt wird das Ganze durch die zeitgenössischeren Interpretationen des Genres.
Wir glauben an Techno als eine Reise, die für die Tanzfläche und nicht für Podcasts gedacht ist. „Wenn du aufhörst, dich zu bewegen, fängst du an zu sterben“, und deshalb sind Energie und Bewegung der gemeinsame Nenner aller Expeditions-Events und -Kurationen.

⦿ Gibt es einen Dresscode? - Nein, die Expeditions hat keinen Dresscode, aber wir ermutigen dich, bei der Wahl deines Outfits für die Party kreativ zu sein und deinen Alltag hinter dir zu lassen.
⦿ Ist es erlaubt, im Club Fotos zu machen?
- Nein. Die Expeditions und :// about blank haben ein striktes Fotografierverbot. Wir empfehlen dir außerdem, dein Handy an der Garderobe abzugeben und das Zeitgefühl zu verlieren. Dies ist jedoch nicht verpflichtend.
⦿ Sind die Expeditionsreisen ein sicherer Ort für Minderheitengruppen?
- Die Expeditionen und :// about blank im Allgemeinen sind ein sicherer Raum für jede Ethnie, jedes Geschlecht und jede sexuelle Orientierung. Jedes Anzeichen von Rassismus, Sexismus, Antisemitismus oder Homophobie wird nicht toleriert. Außerdem wirst du gebeten, dich mit den Grundlagen des Konsens vertraut zu machen und den persönlichen Raum eines anderen Gastes zu respektieren. Solltest du das Gefühl haben, dass du ungerecht behandelt oder dein Freiraum verletzt wurde, informiere bitte sofort unser Personal am Eingang.
⦿ Was passiert, wenn mir der Zutritt verweigert wird?
- Erstens: Nimm es nicht persönlich. Das Einlasspersonal hat nur ein paar Sekunden Zeit, um eine Entscheidung zu treffen, und die richtet sich oft mehr nach der Situation im Club als nach dir. Falls du bereits ein Ticket im Vorverkauf gekauft hast, vergewissere dich, dass der Türsteher die Ablehnungsfunktion in der RA Ticket Scanner App nutzt, und du erhältst eine Rückerstattung direkt von RA.
⦿ Muss ich ein Ticket im Vorverkauf kaufen?
- Nein, musst du nicht. Der Vorverkauf ist immer begrenzt und es gibt genügend Tickets an der Tür.
