This month, we’re exploring one central question: Are our standards too high?
From dating and friendships to career goals, lifestyle expectations and the influence of social media, we’re constantly told to "want more" and "never settle." But at what point do high standards become unrealistic expectations?
Through thoughtful and open conversations, we’ll explore how modern life might be shaping what we expect from ourselves, others, and the world around us. Grab a drink, join the conversation (and yes, you’ll have real signs in hand to take a stand!) and stay for an afternoon of ideas, reflection, and perspectives to eXchange.

Share your thoughts during a lively and thought-provoking conversation around topics like:

To close, we’ll take part in a short interactive activity exploring different everyday “standards.”
You’ll be invited to reflect and take a stance – are they reasonable, or have they gone too far?
