we’re bringing back our gentle guided flow led by @elementalflowhtx + @emmerwhemmers — this time outdoors (in the shade), creating space to reset, reconnect, and pour into yourself

after class, stay awhile — we’ll be rolling straight into our outdoor vendor market from 1-4PM, with the shop open until 6
