About this Event
To kick off Every Woman. All Things., the transformative initiative launched by The Association of Junior Leagues International, the Junior League of San Antonio invites members and the community to a powerful and timely conversation centered on women’s mental health.
Join us for an evening of honest dialogue, reflection, and connection. This panel will feature a diverse group of panelists, each bringing unique lived experiences and professional perspectives to the conversation, offering a well-rounded and inclusive discussion on the mental load women carry and the impact of role strain and burnout.
The evening will begin with a welcome and light refreshments, providing an opportunity for attendees to connect and engage before transitioning into a meaningful panel discussion designed to inspire balance, well-being, and intentional leadership in our lives and communities.
Every Woman. All Things. is a global initiative created to challenge the belief that burnout, role conflict, and “doing it all” should be the cost of being everything to everyone. The initiative seeks to reclaim well-being and reimagine a future where women can lead, serve, and thrive without sacrificing their mental health.
As women who give so much — to our families, our League, and our community — this evening invites us to pause, listen, and engage in a conversation that supports awareness, connection, and collective care.
Light refreshments will be provided.
