About this Event
In tandem with Eva Isaksen’s solo exhibition with Foster/White, the gallery will host an artist talk on Saturday, May 9 at 1 pm. At the heart of Isaksen’s practice is a belief in art as an evolving process that mirrors the cycles of nature. As a dedicated gardener, she draws inspiration from organic forms, seasonal rhythms, land and water, sky, and continual growth. Isaksen takes this inspiration from the constant redesign and regeneration, and translates her observations to her new body of work. The event is free to attend and open to the public. Light refreshments will be provided.
Eva Isaksen's exibition, Drawn to Line, is on view from May 2 - 23 with an opening reception on First Thursday, May 7 from 6 - 8 pm with the artist in attendance.
