DANCE

· solo - this can be a remarkable solo dance practice amongst a kind & friendly dance tribe

· duo - dive into magical realms of doube creativity & connection exploration

· trio - explore the posibilities and mind expansion of a trio dance

· or in connection with the whole group , together with dozens of other openhearted dancers

The music is designed in a wave choreography that goes from stillness through several waves and peaks of intensity & power back to soft stillness. Enjoy the ride.

In a spirit of kindness, respect, fun & playfulness we gather for this movement ritual to enjoy & harmonize our bodies in a social setting, let our feelings flow, set our minds free, activate our energies & expand our consciousness ... and/or simply have fun and enjoy this party of life.

NOTICE: For the dance location we recommend
a) comfy dance clothes/layers
b1) light DANCE SHOES or
b2) dance socks.
Apart from that: Come casual, come fancy, come comfy. Whatever makes you enjoy yourself the most on the dance floor.

Tips for your most delightful ECSTATIC DANCE event

· FOOTWEAR: indoor Dance shoes, barefoot shoes or Dance Socks are recommended

· FRESHNESS: come with fresh dance wear/potentially have a second set to swap ready. We will sweat to the beats!! Coming fresh/Bringing deodorant is a sign of courtesy & respect

· H²O: Bring/drink water! Stay hydrated

· SELF-RESPONSIBILITY: Come with adequate self-regulatory skills, openness to human self-expression & co-creativity | Dance by yourself, dance with others - Whatever is right for you - & your dance partner/s - right now. While Dance can have therapy-like, positive effects

· FLOW: Listen to the music, listen to your body - Follow what makes you feel at home. Movement, wildness, stillness - let your intuition move you

· NON-VERBAL: Keep talking to a minimum on the dance floor. Having the dance be a nonverbal/body language space enhances the movement meditation experience | there are spaces closeby the dancefloor for any conversation needs

· ANGEL TEAM: There are always a couple of angels around. Contact them if you have questions or requests
