About this Event
An ESSENTRICS™ workout is a dynamic flowing strengthening ad stretching workout that will increase your overall strength and flexibility. Based on eccentric strengthening, which stretches the muscles and strengthens them in the elongated position, ESSENTRICS™ will make your entire body strong, flexible and agile. Essentrics is a weight free workout that consists of standing, floor work and/or barre work.
Please have an exercise matand water available. Wear loose fitting workout clothing. No special shoes required (it’s a barefoot workout).
