Join us for EQUIP 2024 for two days full of amazing speakers, including a special livestream sermon by Pastor Rick Warren! This event is geared towards equipping the body of Christ to make disciples of all nations.
Birthed from a heavy burden, we want to create a place for people across Canada and USA to be Equipped for ministry, by hearing solid biblical teachings that promote spiritual growth for them to mature in their walks with Christ.
Mission Statement:
Create a global network of enthusiastic young adults, equipping them to fulfill the Great Commission by partnering with Bible-based ministries and churches that provide essential training to teach the accurate handling of God's Word and inspire active participation in God’s ministry.

Reverend Dr. Lisa Pak currently works alongside Rick Warren at Finishing the Task (FTT), in
addition to serving as the Operational Catalyst for the Kingdom Impact Network with Wycliffe
USA. Lisa travels globally and is passionate about mobilizing the global church, especially the rising generations, towards collaboration in sharing the good news of Jesus Christ with all who have yet to hear. She also enjoys teaching and her favourite movie is “Gladiator”—what we do in this life really does echo in eternity.

About Nate Tanner:
Nate is an evangelist, author, and humanitarian whose passion to lead people to Jesus has led him to travel to over 35 nations on 5 continents. Nate and his wife Rute lead L3 International (L3international.org), a global missions movement working in Africa and other places. They are regularly seeing communities transformed by the power of the gospel, and often in some of the worlds most overlooked and forgotten places. Nate holds a doctoral degree in world evangelism from “Impact International School of Ministry” and has written several books.

Karl LaPeer is an ordained pastor, evangelist, and businessman and currently serves as the director of (and teacher in) the Oakland Church School of Ministry in Michigan, USA.Over the last ten years Karl has spent hundreds of hours in study, prayer, and preparation – a work that has birthed a teaching seminar entitled “All of All of Me”. Karl has taught All of All of Me on 3 continents and in numerous business and church gatherings in the United States.
As a businessman, Karl is a partner in a $2.2 billion private equity firm. In 1995 he and his partners began with $20 million in capital and they have since invested almost $2.0 billion in more than 140 small and mid-sized manufacturing, distribution and service companies with operations in North America and throughout the world. Karl has served (and/or is serving) on dozens of small business boards of directors, helping these businesses succeed in these rapidly changing times. Immediately prior to joining his partnership, Karl worked as an investment banker and a strategic consultant. His business and personal interests have carried him to over 40 countries on 6 continents.

About Shady Farag:
On a professional level Shady is an experienced project manager with several years of experience in the construction field, the travel industry and the sales domain. He is currently the owner and managing director of a flourishing home construction business; this allows him to utilize his education being a civil engineer and a licensed homebuilder as well as his graduate studies in Project Management. Shady is the founder of Land of Hope; he has been leading this organization since its establishment in January 2012. He leads the teams and committees that manage the various branches of ministry at Land of Hope. His objective has always been to extend the ministry’s reach ceasing every opportunity so that more people can hear the message of the Gospel of Jesus Christ. Shady has many hobbies among which is playing soccer and travel.

About Martine Kelsey:
Martine Kelsey delivers a unique package of inspirational music, melding country-soul vocals and sweet worship over soothing contemporary rhythms.
Even at a youthful age, while raised in a French-Acadian village just outside Shediac, New Brunswick, (affectionately known as the lobster capital of the world), Martine excelled as a singer and was a vocal prodigy according to musical art trainers. From there Martine developed her craft as a singer and songwriter, performing & worshipping on esteemed stages around Canada and in the US, joining other artists such as Newsboys, Third Day, Family Force 5, New World Son, Tim & Jon Neufeld, Rita McNeil, which also included a pre-event open appearance for The Rolling Stones.
Martine’s incredible fourth album, Sweet Hallelujah, received recognition from the Gospel Music Awards Canada and the East Coast Music Awards, is actively streamed and downloaded in 28 countries around the world, and has been featured on radio & satellite radio across Canada; including spotlight TV appearances on CTV News, 100 Huntley St., Unstoppable & Just Be Love (KITV).
Martine presently resides in Southern Ontario with her husband and son and continues to spread the message of hope and love through her music, while inspiring audiences around the world on her Stream-show Just Be Love.
