Join Brooke Lyons for a sound bath designed to help your body move out of stagnation and into a state of clarity, energy, and flow.
At times, we can find ourselves feeling heavy, stuck, or low in energy — not because something is wrong, but because the body hasn’t had a chance to fully process and move what it’s been holding.
This experience offers a space to shift that.
As you rest comfortably, the resonant tones of crystal singing bowls create a dynamic soundscape that gently encourages the body to release tension, clear internal buildup, and reawaken a sense of movement and vitality.
This is less about deep stillness and more about subtle activation.

Yoga mats, blankets, bolsters, and eye pillows will be provided, though you are welcome to bring your own for added comfort.
