Energy Reset Flow: Beach Sculpt, Breathwork & Sound Bath

Join Sculptuary for a beachside movement and meditation experience in Ocean Beach, designed to help you recharge, rebalance, and come back into full alignment ✨

This Energy Reset Flow is centered around full-body and full-energy integration, bringing together everything you’ve built throughout the series to restore balance, clarity, and connection ⚖️

This 90-minute class blends dynamic movement with grounding and restorative practices. We’ll begin with a 🧘‍♀️ yoga-inspired flow to open the body, transition into a 🔥 Pilates-style sculpt sequence to build strength and activation, and then move into deep stretch and release to create balance.

From there, we’ll move into 🌬️ guided breathwork to regulate and reset your system, followed by a 🎶 sound bath meditation to help you fully integrate and restore.

🌟 This session is about bringing everything together — physically, mentally, and energetically — so you leave feeling clear, balanced, and fully connected to yourself.

All levels are welcome. Modifications will be offered throughout.
