We’ll begin by grounding into the body and connecting with the breath, allowing the nervous system to unwind. You’ll be guided through gentle reflection, honoring the lessons, growth, and gifts this year has brought. With compassion, you’ll release what feels complete or heavy, creating space for renewal. From there, we’ll open to the energy of rest, peace, and softness, anchoring a state of gentle presence that can carry you into the year ahead.
This journey is an invitation to finish out the year feeling replenished, grounded, and ready to begin anew from a place of stillness and inner alignment.
What is Hypnosis?
Hypnosis is a natural, relaxed state of focused awareness that allows you to deeply connect with your subconscious mind. In this receptive state, you are open to positive suggestions, insights, and healing, making it a powerful tool for personal transformation.
Whether you are new to hypnosis or a seasoned traveler of the inner realms, you’ll find a welcoming and approachable space here.
What to Expect:
We’ll open the space with intentions before moving into a guided group journey. Following the journey, we’ll take time for gentle integration, energetic cleansing, and optional space for sharing.

Bio: Samira Ghassemian is a spiritual hypnotherapist, healing guide, and student of shamanic medicine in the Shipibo tradition.
What began as a quest to heal herself from a lifelong struggle with mental health issues and the lasting effects of trauma developed into a deep commitment to her soul’s mission to assist and guide others along the path of healing, reclamation, and awakening.
Working within a trauma informed lens, she is passionate about bringing together elements from her diverse background of studies, including Reiki, hypnotherapy, somatics, and plant medicine, to create a holistic approach that supports the unique needs of each individual and helps restore balance and harmony of the mind, body, heart, and spirit
