This is a learning series for organizations seeking to launch well-being initiatives within their organizations to increase mental health and well-being awareness. This evidence-based workshop gives organizations the tools to promote and support employees' well-being. When employees thrive, businesses do, too.

Who should attend?

This workshop is designed for team leaders, line managers and directors responsible for staff welfare and well-being. It is particularly suited for those with undeveloped or underdeveloped human resource departments. It is critical knowledge for an HR department of one.

Learning outcomes

This workshop will raise awareness of behavioral health impacts on individuals, teams, and organizations and provide strategies employers can implement to support and promote well-being.

Introduction to the flourishing workplace concept that includes efforts to reduce stigma, increase awareness, promote early intervention and enhance empathy and understanding

Learn how to sustain, manage, and embed the well-being processes into culture and policies •
