About this Event
Emergence: A Spring Equinox Retreat
Balance • Clarity • Aligned Direction
March 20–22, 2026 - Baucom House | Raleigh, NC
Presented by Serenity Farm Yoga Sanctuary
After Winter’s Stillness, Something Is Ready
Emergence is what happens when you stop forcing growth
and start creating the right conditions.
Like an acorn becoming an oak, growth begins quietly —
with a subtle internal shift guided by instinct, desire, and vision.
This Spring Equinox retreat offers space to recognize what is emerging now
and support it before the noise of daily life takes over.
This is not about pushing for clarity.
It’s about slowing down enough to listen —
and allowing what’s ready to rise, to rise.
Why the Spring Equinox Matters
The Spring Equinox is the moment when light and dark are equal —
a point of balance, not sudden change.
In nature, this balance signals readiness.
In our lives, it looks like:
- Doing and being
- Working and resting
- Allowing and creating
When these forces are balanced, clarity doesn’t need to be chased.
It emerges naturally.
This retreat is rooted in that rhythm.
This Retreat Is For You If…
- You feel a shift happening beneath the surface
- You’re ready for change — but not for rushing
- You’re tired of pushing, striving, or overthinking
- You want clarity without pressure
- You crave grounded, meaningful connection
You don’t need answers.
You don’t need a plan.
You need space.
This Retreat Is Not For You If…
- You’re looking for a packed schedule or constant activity
- You want quick fixes, forced breakthroughs, or instant clarity
- You prefer external direction over inner guidance
- You’re not willing to slow down and be present
- You’re seeking transformation without rest or reflection
Emergence isn’t about doing more.
It’s about creating space — and trusting what unfolds.
Your Guide
Sharon MacGregor, founder of Serenity Farm Yoga Sanctuary, creates intentional spaces where women slow down, reconnect with inner guidance, and move forward from alignment — not pressure.
Emergence is shaped by years of holding space for women in seasons of transition, when something new is ready but needs the right environment to unfold.
