Join us at Globe House Yoga in London for an enriching afternoon filled with yoga, cacao circle and rejuvenating sound bath. This is an immersive experience designated to quiet your inner critic, release your ego and embrace your true self, ultimately boosting your self-confidence.
Many times, we feel pressured by society and the expectations of others, which can lead us to lose sight of our authentic selves and what truly makes us happy.
This workshop offers a sanctuary to relax your mind and body through yoga and sound bath practices, allowing you to reconnect with your inner self and embark on a journey of self-worth.
What to expect?
Zarah, our instructor, will start the session by guiding you through a slow yoga flow. The flow is designed to connect the body with the breath. Each pose will be held at a steady pace to get the full physical and emotional benefit of the asanas.
Following the practice, we'll gather for a cacao circle and a reflection exercise, providing an opportunity for those who feel comfortable to share their thoughts with the group.
You will then be guided through a visualization meditation on self-worth where you will learn to quiet your mind and connect with your inner wisdom. Zarah will conclude the session by playing crystal singing bowls to guide you through a deep state of relaxation. Sound bathing meditation is a very efficient way of reducing stress and it’s designed to give the mind and body a deep rest and recharge.
PLEASE ARRIVE 5 MINS BEFORE TO SETTLE IN FOR A PROMPT 4.30 PM START.
Yoga mats, bolsters and blankets will be provided at the venue. Please bring an Eye mask and a small pillow for comfort, if needed.
The workshop is accessible to everyone with no yoga experience required.(This session is not suitable for anyone with serious heart conditions, tinnitus, epilepsy, or sound-induced epilepsy or within the first 12 weeks of pregnancy).
