Let’s come together to experience the opportunity to release heart hurt, emotional wounds, heart anger that feel like they are keeping you from experiencing and calling in more love. Releasing any that heaviness that you may taken on from others, your own or your ancestors shifting to a lighter more expansive you. I will be playing combinations of notes and instruments which help to release and support the heart center and emotion.

Embrace more love for yourself, for others and for the collective. Release, expand, draw in that beautiful frequency of love through every cell of your body, into your heart and biofield, explore how to receive and express love in a calmer, gentler kinder way.

I will begin with a gentle specific note combination on the crystal singing bowls to allow you to release, cleanse, and clear heavy stagnant emotions, you will only move what you are comfortably ready to shift. Expect emotions to come to the surface in this safe space.

This will then be followed by the beautiful gentle wind gong and other instruments to support your healing from past experiences and transformation. My intention is you will leave feeling expansion, harmony and bliss. An invto open to receive more love and give more love.

I begin with guided meditation to help you to slow your pace, soften and relax to receive– in sound healing this is important to set the space for deep relaxation before playing the instruments. I will guide you out of the experience with a gentle closing meditation to allow for deeper integration.

Sound baths work on a holistic level, bringing balance to body, mind and spirit. Positive effects can include relaxation, anxiety alleviation, improved sleep and increased clarity of mind. There is no movement involved – this is an opportunity to practice self love by carving out some space for yourself to rest and replenish on a Sunday afternoon.

You may also like to bring a bottle of water (taps available for refills), an eye pillow and your favourite essential oil, crystal, or another item that helps you feel relaxed and grounded.

Cinnamen began training with the Sound Healing Academy because of her fascination with the transformative capacities of therapeutic sound, delving deeper into the finer nuances of sound healing. Cinnamen has been hosting sound, energy and body workshops for many years.

Cinnamen is an intuitive holistic practitioner and shamanic healer working from her private practice in north London. She has worked previously as a practitioner at Shine Holistic and Yoga Home before starting her own practice. Cinnamen is also a business, event, retreat and social media manager for world renowned Shaman, Sergio Magaña and event and business assistant for Entrepreneur coach Lara Waldman. Cinnamen also runs sound baths at the Sweaty Betty in store events.
