Embody Your Confidence: Her+ Health Collective Edition is a restorative, experiential workshop designed to help moms slow down, reconnect to their bodies, and return to themselves through movement, reflection, nervous-system support, and embodied self-expression.
Through guided journaling, grounding practices, and intuitive movement to music, you’ll explore different parts of yourself, reconnect with your emotions, release what’s no longer serving you, and create space for greater self-trust, presence, joy, and expression.
This is not about performance or getting it “right.” It’s about feeling safe enough to be fully yourself - unfiltered - and deepen your self-confidence in a supportive, judgment-free space.
You’ll leave feeling:
