Using Biodynamic Breathwork, this session supports the release of deeply held tension and emotion, restoring natural flow, connection, and vitality in both body and mind.
Within a safe, supported environment, you’ll be invited to explore your edges, expanding your capacity to feel, express, and integrate what arises. This work opens the door to profound emotional and physical connection, grounded presence, and authentic embodiment.
Open to individuals and couples ready to breathe fully and come home to themselves.

Your Guides:
Gail and Bill came to this work on parallel paths of exploring the mind-body connection and human potential. Gail is the founder of Indigo Breath and Wellness in Denver and an advanced Biodynamic Breathwork and Trauma Release® practitioner, mentor, and certified functional breathing coach. Bill, a former executive devoted to leadership and helping others achieve their full potential, is now training in the BBTRS® model and brings a steady, grounded presence to their work together.
