Embody & Gather | A Somatic Supper Club at The Space, Clapham

Join Victoria & Rebecca at The Space in Clapham for a spacious, somatic practice followed by a wholesome communal dinner. We’ll spend time grounding into the flow of the breath and explore curious patterns of movement. The approach is spacious and open ended, with time to rest deeply too.

We’ll then ease into a shared, home-cooked summer feast. Gathering to eat well and share conversation is at the soul of what it is to be human. Expect fresh salads, nourishing veggie dishes, and seasonal desserts, enjoyed around the table in warm, easy company.
