About this Event
Step out of autopilot and into your body with Angi Hotz.
In this 2-h workshop you’ll explore how awareness, breath, and movement work together to support strength, mobility, and long-term resilience. Embodiment isn’t just about moving more—it’s about feeling what you’re doing, noticing how your body organizes itself, and learning to respond instead of push through. When you’re embodied, movement becomes safer, more efficient, and more sustainable.
Through guided experimentation, you’ll:
• Explore 3-dimensional rib breathing and how it supports posture, and core function.
• Investigate spinal, shoulder, and hip mobility—where movement flows easily and where it gets stuck
• Build awareness of major muscle groups and how they’re meant to coordinate rather than compete
• Begin to notice habitual patterns in posture and movement—and learn what is possible when you work on changing them
This lab is not about performance or “fixing” yourself. It’s about curiosity. You’ll gain insight into where you currently land, what’s possible for you, and how small shifts in awareness can dramatically change how your body feels and functions.
Whether you’re pursuing fitness, longevity, or simply a more connected relationship with your body, this workshop offers tools you can carry into workouts, daily life, and recovery, and sets the stage for how I teach core and pelvic floor restorative work.
Come experiment. Come sense. Come learn what your body has been telling you all along.
