About this Event
Laughter is the most effective medicine we have. Studies show that even a little bit of laughter can reduce your cortisol level by nearly 40%, not to mention the social bonding, improvements to your heart health, and a boosted immune system. In this class, we will start with a moment of reflection, move into a forced laughter exercise (which always turns into real laughter), and then apply our new knowledge to a laughter yoga flow. If you are craving a natural dopamine hit, a chance to be in community, and some healing that doesn't feel so heavy, this is for you. Be sure to bring your smile and a journal <3
