About this Event
This workshop explores boundaries, desire & connection through both verbal communication & felt experience.
we’ll practice tools for clear consent, while developing a deeper somatic awareness of what a genuine “yes,” “no,” & “maybe” feel like in the body.
Learn how to navigate giving & receiving a “no” with care, explore power dynamics & biases that shape our intimacy, build confidence in communicating needs & limits, practice negotiation skills, identifying soft & hard limits, get in touch with our own desires & explore conscious touch in a grounded, relational way.
Drawing on different tools & frameworks, this workshop offers practical, real-life tools you can take away with you and apply to your relationships to create more clarity, safety & pleasure in connections.
What to expect

- An inclusive, sx+ environment grounded in consent, where sensuality, curiposity and authentic expression are WELCOME
During the guided part of the workshop we will explore:

Who is it for
- This is a queer-centered space for people of marginalized genders, including women, trans, and nonbinary folks.
- All cis women and queer cis men are welcome
What to Bring
- Wear something that helps you feel good, that can mean something that makes you feel confident, powerful, soft, comfy - or all of the above
- Food for dinner / to share with the group
- A notebook to take notes
This space is held with care, intention, and playfulness. Everything we offer is an invitation. You are always welcome to witness, opt out, or rest in the chill space. Your "no" is always welcome, as well as you f*ck yes!We can’t wait to explore deeper with you
