EMBODIED CONNECTION for couples and singles

This workshop invites you to explore how you open, close, and relate in real time. Your YES and your NO in the body. FOR:

• couples/trouples/... who desire to deepen intimacy (with the option to stay together or explore with others)
• singles who want to explore their relational patterns through playful, platonic interactions

We’ll explore:
– safety & trust
– attraction & polarity
– space & autonomy
– emotional honesty

This is not speed dating. Just a safe space to feel, notice, and expand your capacity to stay open in connection.

All interactions are optional, with rolling consent and the freedom to pass at any time.

For you if:
– you want deeper, more authentic connection/s
– you notice patterns of pulling away or overgiving
– you’re curious to relate beyond fear and old habits
