Elevation and Underground Sounding on Segment 7 InspiralLondon Trail
Meet at the exit of Bow Church DLR (near to Bow Road Tube) at 4pm.
Re-Walk Segment 7 from Canary Wharf/Hilton Dock Ferry to Stamford Hill with InspiralLondon associate artist Richard Couzins – following his Elevation Walking along the Lee Valley from Bow Common up to Fish Island, to experience the gentle incline of the River Lee Navigation, before arriving at Walthamstow Marshes and Springfield Park. This segment of the trail, following the Lee along the gentle rising terrain, explores empty plinths and raised platforms that plot the unremarked elevation in the landscape.
This walk provides a compliment to the early part of the trail walk - a short exploratory artist-led walk from Hilton Dock Ferry to Bow Church (from 2pm-4pm, meeting at Canada Water Tube to travel Underground to Canary Wharf together). See for more info and to SIGN up for this unique walk workshop.
