Muay Thai & Boxing Open Sparring - Ladies Only
Join us for an afternoon of sparring exclusively for ladies! Whether you are an active fighter or new to the sport and looking to get out of your comfort zone, this event is the perfect opportunity to showcase your skills and find fellow female sparring partners.

What you need to bring:
- 14oz Gloves
- Shin Guards
- Gum Shield
- Hand Wraps
Our experienced staff will be on hand to provide guidance and ensure your safety throughout the sparring sessions. We are beginner friendly and will group you according to ability and discipline.
We will end the session with a short meditation and reflection, to provide an opportunity to reflect on the importance of feeling empowered in combat sport and within the community of women that we are building together.
