Join us for an immersive evening designed to nourish your nervous system, awaken your heart, and celebrate the essence of being a woman.

This intimate experience begins with a ceremonial cacao offering — a heart-opening ritual used to gently ground the body and expand emotional awareness. From there, you’ll be guided into a deeply restorative dual sound bath layered with Reiki energy healing to support energetic alignment and release.

As you rest in the vibrations of crystal singing bowls and healing frequencies, a licensed acupuncturist will be offering gentle pressure point activation during the sound bath. These targeted points are known to relieve tension, reduce stress, and support the nervous system in returning to a state of calm regulation and recovery.

Throughout the evening, we will provide journals for each guest to reflect and write — creating space to list and reconnect with the qualities you love about being a woman and about yourself. This reflective practice is a powerful way to anchor gratitude, embodiment, and self-celebration.

The experience will also feature thoughtfully curated women-owned small businesses, including aura photography and other unique wellness vendors. This creates an opportunity to connect, explore, and support local women in business while expanding your sense of community.
