Lacey is known for her strategic, pragmatic solutions, her empowering, jargon-free communication and her commitment to doing what’s right, not what’s easy. Most of the time, Lacey is teaching people about all things personal finance – getting out of (bad) debt, saving and investing. When she’s not doing that, she is immersed in life’s smorgasbord of passion projects – most of which nurture her focus for taking bold steps and play her part to achieve gender equality.

Preetie Boler | transformational leader, international speaker, former lawyer, author, trainer and mentor
Preetie is a transformational leader and former lawyer with over 30 years of combined legal and commercial experience in various corporate environments. Her vast experience in this space provides her with comprehensive knowledge on effective leadership and positive workplace behaviours - behaviours that drive, high performance, culture, growth and success.

Preetie is also a Certified Emotional Intelligence Facilitator and Mindfulness Practitioner. She established her business, Empowered by Design, to focus on merging her expertise in both these areas to develop, and deliver women empowerment programmes and keynotes with emphasis on mindset, emotional resilience and becoming a positive influence. Her journey from navigating a life predetermined by others, by cultural expectations and believing that she is a failure to becoming a master of her own destiny is the essence behind her work. Preetie's transition was sparked by a profound realization: our lives are the reflection of our inner beliefs and habits. Simon Carabetta | WA's Cyber recruiter, speaker and male ally for women
A former high school teacher turned cyber security advocate, Simon has spent the past years helping to change and shape organizational culture and approaches to online security. From the first ever Security Awareness Trainer at WA's Water Corporation, to a key figure within CyberWest and AustCyber, his mission has always been first and foremost to change the common and public perception of cyber security being isolated to “just an IT problem.”

​Simon has worked inside WA's Office of Digital Government's Cyber Security Unit as a project coordinator and has recently stepped into the world of recruitment, setting up the Cyber Security Desk for Digital Resources Australia, the largest and longest running family-owned recruitment firm in Perth. In his spare time, Simon enjoys spending time with his three sons, losing games of chess but winning plenty of games of Mario Kart.

Jessica Bailey | Transformational speaker, life coach, author, storyteller and film maker
Jessica Bailey, a dynamic transformative speaker, life coach, and digital media creative specialising in writing and directing, offers a unique perspective as an African-Australian storyteller. Despite challenges as a black migrant Australian woman, Jessica attained her Filmmaking degree from Murdoch University, achieving notable milestones in her career, including awards for her Screenwest Elevate funded short film, "I'm Not a Nurse," and the release of her autobiography.

Recognized for her talents, she secured scholarships, received prestigious award nominations, and successfully completed her debut feature film, "Before I Go." Recently, Jessica authored her second book, "The One," and expanded her impact beyond film with the launch of her personal brand. Uniquely integrating her skills, Rebecca helps her clients to launch, grow, flourish, thrive and diversify - setting their strategy, getting them known in their desired markets and building effective client relationships.
