💫 The Management Committee, after listening to your views, is delighted to introduce a regular monthly service for our seniors (ages 50+).
Each session will include:
1️⃣ Social interaction & friendly discussions
2️⃣ Health & wellbeing activities – light exercise & gentle movement
3️⃣ Lunch/ light snacks, coffee & tea ☕🍴
4️⃣ Singing popular golden oldies 🎶 – boosting joy & mental wellbeing
5️⃣ Fun & games – Antakshari, cards & more 🎲
6️⃣ Adults-only group (ages 50 and above)
