Who are we?
We are a conscious weekly dance gathering centred around the love of dancing to good music with others. Every week is a real, grounded, joyful, exuberant and liberating gathering of beautiful human beings. You’re all welcome to come dance and express however you wish.
Ecstatic dance is freestyle dance - move however you wish - honour your body - dance with bare feet - no experience necessary - all ages, genders, cultures, sizes are welcome - respect yourself and one another - bring comfortable clothes to move in - bring water to drink - alcohol-free and recreational drug-free - safe and sacred space - let the music take you on a journey - see you on the dance floor

We invite you to ...
We invite you to dance, sweat and connect with yourselves and each other. This is a place where you can feel free to move and express whatever is alive in you and whatever comes up when you shake up your cells. It is also nonverbal, barefoot, alcohol/drug-free to keep the experience intentional. Together we create a safe space for dance and authentic connection that is healing, inspiring and uplifting. Community, music and dance is our medicine.

What is the Church like to dance in?
INCREDIBLY SPACIOUS. Our weekly dances are held in a 5000 sq. ft. chruch hall with high ceilings, huge windows, amazing hardwood floor & a crystal clear high fidelity sound system.
