For our April 22 Ecstatic Dance, we are looking forward to welcoming back John Pattern as the musical faciltator for this dance. He’ll be conjuring up tribal, cosmic, and blissful healing-dance vibes.
Also, our opening movement practice will be hosted by Nikki Seward as we prepare for our dance journey with a Body Temple Dance session.
We’re very pleased to host them both. Come dance it out.

JOHN PATTERN
John is a multidisciplinary artist who creates music for healing and reconnecting with the higher self. He is also a licensed psychotherapist specializing in a holistic approach to trauma, addiction, and overall mental health. He blends his therapeutic work with his musical background by incorporating sound as an integral part of the healing process.
In John’s live sets, he uses an infusion of his original songs as well as remixes and styles that are tribal, cosmic, and blissful.

BODY TEMPLE DANCE hosted by NIKKI SEWARD
Prepare the body for your dance journey by coming to our movement offering. We will be slowly and mindfully stretching the body in yoga postures to start, then gradually moving into somatic exercises that allow our body the space necessary to heal, release, integrate and become more fluidly free. Expect to stretch, unravel, shake, sound and creatively move within the safety of community and a more wider love.
Our intention will be to connect with our bodies in a loving way that will prepare and allow us to flow more freely into our dance experience. This is an all levels class; all are welcome.

Nikki Seward is an Earth lover, mama, and wellness facilitator. Her passion is to evolve more harmoniously with nature, including the nature we are. Allow her compassionate and grounded energy to welcome you into all you are in this moment, and all you are becoming!

COMMUNITY GUIDELINES

- Move however you wish, while respecting the space of those around you
- No talking on the dance floor, there is plenty of space in the temple for conversation
- We ask that you refrain from use of cell phones, photos, video, & strong scents during the dance
- Ecstatic Dance is a Drug & Alcohol Free Space
- Our dance is built on consent. It’s important to get a non-verbal invitation to dance with a partner, and we ask that you maintain that level of respect during and after the dance ends.
