Eat, Move & Grow: Rainbow Yoga Program

Colorful Kids' Club: A Monthly Adventure in Health

Ideal for children aged 3-8

Welcome to the "Eating the Rainbow" and Kids' Yoga Program, a monthly adventure designed to introduce preschoolers to the joys of healthy eating and active living! This curriculum guides children on a vibrant journey through the colors of the rainbow, with a new color and theme explored each month from September to May.

What We'll Do:

Each month, we'll dive into a different color of the rainbow. We will learn about the healthy fruits and vegetables that come in that color and then bring the theme to life with engaging kids' yoga poses. From balancing like a Broccoli Tree to waddling in Pumpkin Pose, children will connect with their bodies and the foods they're learning about in a fun, imaginative way.

Key Benefits for Your Child:

Promotes Physical Health: The yoga poses are designed to improve flexibility, balance, and coordination while helping children develop a positive relationship with movement.

Encourages Healthy Eating: By making colorful foods a fun part of the curriculum, we help to reduce picky eating and encourage children to try a wide variety of fruits and vegetables.

Boosts Learning: This program reinforces color recognition, vocabulary development, and basic sorting skills in an interactive setting.

Supports Social-Emotional Growth: Through yoga and mindful activities, children learn about self-awareness and calm breathing, which helps them better understand and manage their emotions.

Join us as we explore the rainbow and grow stronger, healthier, and happier together!

Each session lasts around an hour. Caregivers are welcome to join the fun.
