Imagine having an amazing brunch with your best friends where you work on a craft project while listening to a guest story teller who guides you in a therapeutic conversation. That's the Eat Craft Heal monthly brunch event. It's a place for community, crafts, conversation and cuisine.

The afternoon begins with a delicious brunch followed by a crafting activity. This month our craft of choice is punch needle embroidery. Don't worry, we will host a tutorial and provide the supplies. No previous experience required. While you work on your project our special guest storyteller Ayinke, one half of the musical duo Aaries, will share a bit of her life and lead us in an open discussion.
