About this Event
Too often we may feel (or think) that we are too much when we want to talk over and over about our loss. But that is the right and natural thing to do! We need to be able to express our grief about loss (any kind of loss) in a brave space with others who are grief literate (or are learning to be) where we feel heard, seen and understood. Not necessarily "fixed." Because you can't fix grief--there's nothing to fix! It is a part of our human becoming path.

Info: Sharing who or what you may be grieving. We can grieve all sorts of things: losing a job, losing a home, a loved one, a pet, a part of ourselves, the future we had all planned out, the world and the way it may be going... This all belongs in our grief basket, because when you care about something, you will be a human grieving. It's time to normalize our grief in community. Express and metabolize.
