Walking Into Wellness
Walk into Wellness and find all your wellness needs at your finger tips. Join us for a day of movement from flexibility, pilates,yoga, afro cardio, soundbath, connection & celebration. Walking into Wellness is a womens history month event created by Coach J to create community & to celebrate and honor women. Please bring a yoga mat and wear all black workout gear. Please arrive 30 mins prior to the event to find parking, check in and get yourself situated. We ask that you limit the amounts of items you bring in as storage space is limited. We cant wait to see you there!!!
