Beth & Rach have a passion for nature, yoga, mountains, waterfalls, laughter, fun and feeling really bloody good.

Arrivals will be from across the UK from 4pm – 9pm on Friday.
We will welcome you, check in with how you are doing and settle for the night before the big adventure starts on Saturday. We will offer a grounding breathwork and meditation practice for those who are there by 9pm on Friday. The hotel serves food, so you’ll be able to order whatever you like once you arrive: flexible, stress free and easy #NoStressInnit

•Lunches – we will be out in Lake District towns, so you can roam free and enjoy the local delicacies at your own leisure
•Dinner Friday Night as we are all arriving from all over the UK, meaning lots of us will arrive at around 9/10pm. There is a restaurant on site should you wish to eat at the hotel. Saturday & Sunday night we have included a hot home made soup at the hotel to warm you after the cold dips. You can order additional food at the restaurant within your own budget.

We have not included lunches or dinners since we are on the road a lot: we have included a hot soup for when we get back to the hotel on Saturday before the Full Moon Fire Ceremony.
