Earth Day Morning Yoga Flow on the Lawn

Celebrate Earth Day the way it was meant to be - outside, grounded, and in connection with the land.

Join us on the lawn at Fox Point Farms for a guided all-levels yoga flow led by Christina Musso. This 60-minute morning practice is designed to help you reset, breathe deeply, and reconnect... to yourself and to the earth beneath you.

After class, we invite you to linger. Take a walk through the farm, explore the property, and participate in Earth Day Dirt Therapy in our radial garden — a simple, hands-on reminder of what it feels like to touch soil and slow down.

Your ticket includes one nonalcoholic beverage from Harvest Market to enjoy post-practice.

This is a space to gather, move, and celebrate the land that sustains us.
