About this Event
This is a guided group hypnosis session designed around one central question: what becomes possible when you let go of performing and start showing up as your authentic self?
Through breathwork, intention-setting, and a 45-minute hypnosis journey, participants are guided into a deeper state of awareness. The experience works by inviting the brain into alpha and theta wave states, the same territory the nervous system naturally visits in moments of deep rest, creativity, and absorption. Here, the body and mind arrive at a place of genuine safety, and it is from that place that real openings become possible. Hypnosis is widely misunderstood as a loss of control, when in reality it's one of the most collaborative experiences available to us. What shifts is the grip of the conscious mind, just enough to allow the deeper layers of the self to surface and speak.
The objective of this experience is to quiet the noise of chronic overthinking, perfectionism, and self-doubt long enough to hear something true underneath.
Our session opens with a grounded drop-in and personal journaling before moving into hypnosis, where each person is guided to a safe inner landscape uniquely their own. From there, the work gently surfaces what's been getting in the way, and what's been waiting on the other side of it. We close with integration journaling, space for reflection, and connection with the community we've built.
