Relax and rejuvenate with a soothing sound bath experience in North London
About this Event

Step into a warm, peaceful space and give yourself the chance to truly slow down.

This small group early summer sound bath in Muswell Hill, North London is designed as a deeply relaxing, restorative experience—perfect for unwinding, resetting, and gently welcoming in the new season.

Surrounded by soft lighting and a cosy atmosphere, you’ll be immersed in the soothing sounds of crystal singing bowls, Himalayan bowls, chimes, and other carefully selected instruments. The layered tones work to calm the nervous system and invite a sense of ease, stillness, and quiet clarity.

With limited spaces available, this is an intimate session where you can fully relax and feel held in a calm, nurturing environment.

Perfect for anyone seeking relaxation, mindfulness, or a calming wellness experience in London.

Event Information:

Please contact me for the exact address

Parking: There is plenty of parking on Rhodes Avenue

Public Transport: The nearest tube station is Bounds Green on the Piccadilly Line. Regular buses will take you to Rhodes Avenue. Choose buses to Muswell Hill, and get off at the Victoria Road stop. Please check TFL for details.

What to bring: Comfort is key! There will be fairly thick base yoga mats provided, but you can bring your own yoga, sports mat or garden chair cushion to lie on for extra padding if you want to. Blankets, cushions and bolsters will be provided, but please bring along anything else you might need for your head and/or the back of your knees, and maybe an eye pillow. Think of it as creating your own little nest.

What to wear: Come in your most comfortable, relaxed clothing—anything you can fully unwind in.

What to expect: Sound baths are all about relaxation.

Your sound bath experience starts with you getting comfortable lying on the floor. (There are chairs for those who would prefer to be seated.) All that’s needed from you is an open mind, and a willingness to be there and experience the sound. Just relax and let go!

Who can attend: This session is open to everyone, whether it’s your first sound bath or part of your regular self-care routine. Sound baths are for everyone, no matter your age or stage of life.

What are the benefits?: Sound baths are a gentle way to slow down and give your body and mind a real rest.

You’ll be welcomed into a calm, cosy space designed to help you fully unwind.

We’ll begin with a gentle arrival, giving you time to settle in and get comfortable. You can lie down or sit—whatever feels best for you. From there, you’ll be guided into a deeply relaxing sound journey using crystal singing bowls, Himalayan bowls, and other soothing instruments.

There’s nothing you need to do, nowhere you need to be—just rest, switch off, and let the sound wash over you.

Some people drift into a dreamy, meditative state, while others simply enjoy a quiet moment of stillness. However it feels for you is perfect.

I’ll finish slowly, with a few words to give you time to come back round and ease into the rest of your evening feeling calm and restored.

* There will be a short consent form to sign on arrival, but please contact me before the session if you have a pacemaker, are in the first trimester of pregnancy, have epilepsy or have metal plates fitted

About me:

Hi, I’m Alison at Resonance healing Sounds, and I’m a London based sound practitioner, although I do travel around!

My first experience of a sound bath was transformational. I decided that I needed toknow more, and so I trained with the British Academy of Sound Healing, and Gong Master Training.

For the last five years I have given sound relaxation sessions in London and around the UK, where I play therapeutic instruments – such as crystal and Himalayan singing bowls – to give you the opportunity to begin to restore physical and emotional balance.
