Learn from two expert CTOs about startup, CTO, and MVP basics. Hear about the roles you need and how to manage yourself and your future team
About this Event

Through working in the tech startup sector for 20 years, as developers, CTOs, CEOs, and founders, Pedro and Oliver learned everything you need to know about running a startup. After becoming fractional CTOs, they also learned that early-stage startups make the same mistakes over and over again.

In this talk, which is part of a series run by Maximum Momentum, they will tell you about the basic things you need to know in order to avoid common mistakes and save time and money on your way to success.
Most startup talks are either super business- or super tech-focused; this creates a growing gap between the founders, which often causes tension and can derail the whole project. Maximum Momentum lays the foundations for a healthy collaboration between all team members. Therefore, all our talks are designed for both the technical and non-technical co-founders, so if your startup has a few co-founders, we encourage you all to come along.

This session will be dedicated to things you need to know about the MVP, CTOs and Technical Co-founders, and other important roles you will need for your startup (even if you're doing all of them yourself). It will also cover basic management skills, even if you're only managing yourself at this stage.

Come only for the talk at 4pm, or come and join us for the whole day (from 9am) at the office, where you can chat with other founders, get advice from experienced CTOs, and work in an entrepreneurial environment.
