About this Event
Following the successful workshop on harmonised data last year, this Springs ECR workshop will focus on Agile Software Development and Co-Design Across the Research Lifecycle.
In this workshop, we will provide an overview of Agile Software Development and Co-Design in the context of research, and explore options for commercialisation and sustainability beyond the research project. We will cover the entire research lifecycle from grant application development and forming the multi-disciplinary team, through co-design, development, testing, data collection and dissemination. We will consider the importance of information governance and data privacy throughout, as well as the implications for classifying the software as a medical device. Finally, we will consider options for sustaining the software after the research has concluded, as well as potential routes to market for those wishing to commercialise the software.
