Who can attend the Wellbeing Clinic?
In the early days of the Clinic we established an open-door policy allowing anyone from the local community to access the service. Since then, due to the fantastic work of NADA-qualified Ray Rose Raymond, the Clinic’s popularity has grown. We now need to manage the number of people who attend to ensure that it runs safely and that Ray Rose has enough time with each person. As a result, from January, we will be implementing the ClementJames eligibility criteria (see below), which is in effect across the rest of the charity.
To capture this criteria information we will be asking all Wellbeing Clinic attendees to re-register with the charity. This will entail the completion of a small form. For the avoidance of doubt, from January, only people who fit the eligibility criteria and have completed the ClementJames registration form will be able to attend the Wellbeing Clinic.
Eligibility Criteria
The Wellbeing Clinic is available and free to residents who live in or who are housed in Kensington and Chelsea, Hammersmith and Fulham or Westminster, and who meet at least one of the following criteria:
- In receipt of benefits
- Have a household income of less that £25,000
- Living in social housing (this includes council, temporary accommodation and housing associations)
- Child / ward receives free school meals
As a charity, we would love nothing more than to be able to support everyone who wants this service. Unfortunately, this just isn’t possible, and as a result we must seek to support those most in need. We hope you can understand and apologise for any inconvenience caused. Staff will be available at the Clinic on the first few sessions of the New Year for anyone who is unable to use this link. Please do get in touch if you have any questions.

The clinic runs every Tuesday between 2:30 and 5:30 pm and is run on a drop-in basis. Please note that the last entry for acupuncture is at 4:45 pm. Sessions are free.
Here's what previous attendees of the clinic have said:
"Today was my first session. I feel centred, still, calm and peaceful. I feel I had quality time with my true self....I felt a deep re-charging, re-energising re-balancing energy throughout the session."
"I noticed I walked differently and felt lighter and smiled more."
"After 4 weeks of acupuncture I noticed relief in my lower back ache and that my walking had improved. Thank you so very much for your kindness and attention. It is greatly appreciated."
