How can the most disruptive technology be applied to solve the planet’s biggest problems?
Bringing together over one hundred of London’s leading technologists, engineers, product builders, creatives and climate experts, the Earth AI hackathon at the Climate Impact Summit will provide attendees with the challenges, data and expertise to build products which will address pressing climate issues.
This is a critical moment for both climate and AI. The goal of this event is to innovate as a community and find safe solutions that bring progress - while making new connections, having fun and exploring new ideas.

- Energy efficiency in the built environment.
- Upskilling workers to meet the needs of the climate economy.

Welcome! Intro micro-talks from experts in AI tech and climate solutions on how we got here and how we might use this newly available tech to accelerate solutions.
10am Find your Earth AI team
Short, informal pitches from those with ideas or areas they're curious to explore. Form teams around these ideas and topic areas.
11am Explore your Earth AI idea. Start hacking!
8am-3pm Wednesday 8th May 8am-4pm: Build your Earth AI idea: Build your Earth AI idea
Do the work. Get support and guidance from hackathon experts and mentors as you go. Have fun!
3pm-5pm: Pitches & Presentation
Each team gets 5 minutes to present their idea and take questions. Experts share their reflections, suggestions and prizes awarded.
