About this Event
En este Día Internacional de la Mujer, “Mujer 360 – Honrando la “chingonería” colectiva” es una invitación a mirarnos, reconocernos y seguir caminando juntas, incluso frente a los retos que vive nuestra comunidad y a pesar de quienes quieren hacernos creer que no podemos.
Nosotras sabemos la verdad: juntas somos imparables.
Te invitamos a mirarnos como mujeres, migrantes, emprendedoras, y mucho más. Honraremos nuestra fuerza individual y colectiva, a esta comunidad de “chingonas” de Prospera y a todas las mujeres que abrieron el camino antes que nosotras. Honraremos también todo lo que aún queda por hacer: el derecho a vivir sin violencia, a la igualdad de oportunidades ,y a ser escuchadas y valoradas.
¿Qué te espera en este encuentro?
- Celebrar y alzar la voz en un espacio de comunidad, resistencia y fuerza colectiva.
- Inspirarte con historias poderosas que nacen de la experiencia de ser mujer, migrante y emprendedora, lideradas con valentía y construidas desde las raíces.
- Conectar, bailar, llorar, reír y acompañarnos.
- Emocionarte con los Premios , descubrir esta iniciativa donde mujeres se organizan para que más mujeres accedan a los programas de Prospera y conocer el destino de los fondos recaudados durante el último año.
Este encuentro es también una apuesta por lo que viene: por lo que estamos construyendo juntas, por los espacios que seguimos reclamando y por los sueños que no vamos a soltar. Mujeres que nos acompañamos, nos cuidamos y no soltamos de la mano. Tú eres una de ellas.
Porque somos semillas, somos muchas y tenemos mucho que contar, celebrar, luchar y soñar juntas. Ven, únete y sé parte de esta “chingonería” colectiva.

On this International Women’s Day, Woman 360 – Honoring Our Collective “Chingonería” is an invitation to look at ourselves, recognize one another, and keep walking forward together—despite the challenges our community faces and in spite of those who try to make us believe we can’t.
We know the truth: together, we are unstoppable.
We invite you to see ourselves as women, migrants, entrepreneurs, and so much more. We will honor our individual and collective strength, this community of Prospera “chingonas,” and all the women who paved the way before us. We will also honor all that still lies ahead: the right to live free from violence, to equal opportunities and to be heard and valued.
What can you expect at this gathering?
- To celebrate and raise our voices in a space of community, resistance, and collective strength.
- To be inspired by powerful stories rooted in the lived experience of being women, migrants, and entrepreneurs—led with courage and built from our roots.
- To connect, dance, cry, laugh, and support one another.
- To be moved by the Awards, learn about this initiative where women organize so more women can access Prospera’s programs, and discover how the funds raised over the past year have been used.
This gathering is also a commitment to what’s ahead: to what we are building together, to the spaces we continue to claim, and to the dreams we refuse to let go of. Women walking side by side, caring for one another, and never letting go. You are one of them.
Because we are seeds, we are many, and we have so much to share, celebrate, and dream together. Come, join us, and be part of this collective chingonería.
