Join us for something a little different - West African Djembe Drumming session, led by James Carr professional drummer and percussionist with over 20 years experience performing and teaching.No experience needed, just a willingness to have fun!
Guided by James, we'll explore rhythm games and drumming techniques through this fun and uplifting workshop. The sessions are upbeat, confidence-boosting, lots of fun, and accessible to everyone, you don't need to have ever drummed before.
After this 1.5 hour workshop, you'll leave feeling lighter, brighter, and full of beans!
Drumming is brilliant for helping coordination, memory, improving wellbeing, boosting confidence, and exploring your creativity in a relaxed environment.
