The Drug Take Back Day event aims to provide a safe, convenient, and responsible way for community members to dispose of prescription drugs, even drugs for pets, as well as educate the public about the potential for abuse of medications.Residents are encouraged to drop off any unused, unwanted, or expired prescription pills, liquids, and patches from 10 a.m. - 2 p.m. at the Wyoming Police Department, 2300 De Hoop Ave, or University of Michigan Health-West, 2122 Health Dr. SW. The service is free and anonymous - no questions asked.
Needles and sharp objects cannot be accepted.
