DREAMSCAPE: Blue Lotus, Breathwork and Shamanic Sound Healing

A sacred space to relax, reconnect, and open inner visions guided by Blue Lotus flower, an ancient Egyptian dream medicine.
About this Event

Dreamscape is a guided journey into the liminal realms — a space between waking and dreaming where insight, healing, and creativity naturally arise. This ceremonial evening weaves together ancient plant wisdom, breath, sound, movement, and community to support deep inner listening and authentic self-expression.

We begin with conscious connected breathwork. Through an hour-long guided breath journey, you will be supported to enter an expanded, liminal state of awareness. This breathwork opens the body, quiets the analytical mind, and allows emotions, imagery, and insight to surface naturally — no prior experience needed (contraindications apply, please see below).

From breathwork we move into sharing Blue Lotus tea, which gently promotes relaxation, mild euphoria, and a sense of calm awareness, and has been reported to enhance lucid dreaming and meditative states. Traditionally used in Ancient Egypt in sacred rituals, it was valued for its heart- and mind-opening qualities, often used in ceremonies to support spiritual connection, meditation, and inner clarity.

From here the journey deepens, and you will be immersed in a shamanic sound bath, sharing healing sounds, songs, and rhythms inspired by indigenous wisdom traditions. Sound becomes the vessel that carries you — grounding, opening, and guiding the inner landscape as you travel through your own dreamscape.

We close in a sharing circle, a held and respectful space for reflection, witnessing, and connection. There is also a gentle invitation to share a song, poem or anything that you wish to share, with no pressure to if you don’t feel comfortable. This final integration honours the power of community and the medicine of being seen and heard, just as you are.

Dreamscape is an offering for those longing to reconnect with intuition, imagination, and embodied wisdom — a space of authenticity, safety, exploration, freedom of expression and shared humanity.
