Come join us for a mystical journey as we delve into the depths of the Northern Tradition and connect with the subtle stillness of winter. Some say historically Yule was celebrated during the first full moon, after the first new moon of the winter solstice. It is still winter here, seasonal lag n all , this time of year can be hard after the hype of the holidays. So this is a place to return to yourself. The very important silence and stillness before birth. We need to rest - just becuase we can't see anything doesn't mean the magic isn't happening. So with movement we connect our Hammr (physical body) with our Hugr (mind) and our other soul parts together. Uniting the self through movement and sacred breath.
